Natalie Glavaer

I am Natalie Glavær – Liberation Coach, certified breathwork instructor, tantric sexologist and have many years of experience within our Western healthcare system. My expertise comes not only from education, but from my own lived experience – the journey from survival to freedom, from fear to love, from limitation to full vitality. I have used these experiences to create a work that helps others find their own path to liberation, and experience life in its full magic.

My story

Through my work with embodiment, trauma, relational dynamics and sexuality, I invite you to let go of fear, own your power and open up to pleasure, freedom and real connection. I weave together breath, movement, touch, communication and presence to create spaces where you can meet yourself – fully and completely.

Communication is one of the most powerful keys to liberation in my lived experience. My living commitment to authentic communication is about expressing oneself from a place of deep presence, authentically, and learning to express one's needs, boundaries, and desires, where both the body and nervous system are in interaction. When we learn to communicate from a grounded, authentic place, we open up for relationships based on clarity, trust, and freedom.

Tantra for me is not about techniques or performance – it is about being present, here and now, with all that you are. It is daring to sense, daring to feel, daring to play and let go. It is a path to being completely present in the body, in sexuality, in your own life force and in relationships.
My greatest desire is to see people flourish in their natural and authentic power – with a nervous system that feels safe, a body that dares to enjoy, and a soul that is free.
