Synnøva Alsaker

Synnøva is committed to creating spaces where people can explore themselves, their relationships and their lives in life – with presence, pleasure and courage. With a background as a social worker, special education teacher, tantric sexologist and with a master's degree in relational work, she is currently working on a doctorate in the same field. Her work is dedicated to exploring how we can meet ourselves and each other with wonder in a deeper and more authentic way.

My passion

Synnøva's passion lies in living life to the fullest – in contact with nature, her nature and the herd around her. She believes that life is best enjoyed when we dare to be completely present, to sense, feel and surrender to what is. Through relationship work and tantric practices, she wants to inspire others to open up to more love, pleasure and authenticity in their lives. As co-owner of iLag and permanent resident of Sævild, she looks forward to warmly welcoming you home on a journey back to yourself.
