We invite you to a safe and playful retreat where you can explore the whole you – your strength, your vulnerability, your sensuality and your vitality. And where you also have the opportunity to experience yourself in a meeting point with others.
In the nourishing, the playful, the supportive, the touching. We are sensory beings and we are relational beings. We experience and live in sensory impressions and in our relationship to everything around us.
Through movement, touch, breath and presence, we invite you to meet yourself with openness and curiosity, and also to explore the meeting point with the world around you, in the form of both people and nature.
The story of Sensual and Rooted
All of us who contribute to Sensual and Rooted have a long experience behind us with tantra, embodiment, sensuality and work with life force and sexuality. And sometimes along the way our paths have crossed.
Out of a deep desire to create a tantra retreat in Western Norway, Synnøva took the initiative for collaboration in the fall of 2024. A collaboration that has been led by a deep YES in all of us, which has shown surprising commonalities and desires, which has consisted of beautiful co-creation, meeting our own trolls and fears, and led us towards what we are now presenting with joy and pride.
What we have discovered that we meet in is the desire to create open, safe and playful spaces, space to be all of you, just as you are, space to explore, a desire to take it "all the way home" into our Norwegian nature, into our own roots and into everyday life.
What we have created is a journey into your own life force - back to more joy and vitality - an opening into sensuality and closeness, to yourself, to each other and to life.

Your guides throughout the retreat
Here you see the group behind the retreat, who will guide you safely and playfully through the weekend. A group of ladies with different interests and fields of expertise, but with one thing in common: they are passionate about vitality, sensuality, landing in the body and life, and meeting in good, nourishing and dynamic relationships. It has been our pleasure to create this retreat in an exciting process together, and now in joy to be able to share it with you out there.
