Renate Hetlevik Andersen

Renate has worked as a therapist and teacher within body-mind-life, tantra, shamanism, nature power, meditation and yoga for 25 years. She has been driven by her inner search for answers and meaning, and also by creating opportunities for people to find themselves.

My passion

I am passionate about people finding their way back to and expressing their unique nature. In my experience, there is a deep connection between how authentically we live and the experience of meaning and belonging. When you are you, you meet "your" people, you can stand within yourself and you can find the path to what gives you meaning and joy. And this is how you can also make your greatest contribution to the world. Because only you are you. Only you carry your gifts, only you can turn the patterns in the family and thus in culture and society exactly as you can.

I offer 1:1 sessions with guidance and Inner Alchemy physically and digitally, and physical sessions with healing and craniosacral therapy . I also have weekly yoga classes with a focus on connection and vitality.
